What is the best time to place order?

To ensure smooth processing and on-time delivery, we recommend placing your orders between July 2025 and August 2025 to avoid production congestion during the peak Mid-Autumn season.  

What is the standard packing size?

Each carton contains 24 individually packed mooncakes, securely arranged to ensure product integrity during transit. Boxes are made from durable, food-safe materials with protective inner dividers to minimize movement and preserve freshness. Ideal for wholesale, export, or bulk retail distribution.  

Any product or service guarantees?

We kindly ask that any rejected or defective products be brought to our attention as soon as they are identified, rather than waiting until the end of the season. All concerns will be reviewed and resolved collaboratively with mutual agreement. For approved cases, returns should be made within the product’s expiry date, and we will be happy to provide a replacement.
